The dynamics of training (and particularly those of higher education) seem today to undergo remarkable changes due to the profound economic and social transformations underway in contemporary society, from production to the labor market and to the world of professions and work. These changes reverberate in the mission of educational institutions and in all aspects of their modes of operation. The investigation into this area therefore constitutes a significant point of observation both on the changes in the institutional and operational profiles of subjects in higher education and, more generally, on education, as well as on the transformations of society itself, also in the light of policies and of the tools (eg evaluation) that it gives itself in the relationship with the world of education.
