The project activity is inherent to the training of personnel and is aimed at the professional growth of researchers, technologists, technicians and administrators who work at the IRPPS, both with reference to scientific and technical and administrative-managerial skills. The methodology used for the analysis of training needs makes use of the involvement of staff who, through the compilation of ad hoc formats or through direct requests to the management or to the contact persons for training, indicate the skills that they believe need to be strengthened
