The project contributes to Ministerial Plan for the Innovation of Adult Education (P.A.I.DE.I.A.) designed to support and facilitate the implementation of the new organizational structures (DPR 263/12). The research activities involve the IRPPS and the CPIA network of Campania (with CIPIA of Salerno as the lead body) for the experimentation of products developed after the activities and of the interventions carried out under the PAIDEA Plan 2, also for the purpose of their validation and dissemination. The aim of the project is to promote a shared design of the Learning Units (UdA) of the first level courses – second teaching and second level – the first didactic period.
The implementation of professional and organizational innovation processes requires the development of new individual and collective capabilities that articulate around the adoption of new methodologies, the development of new regulations and new artifacts involving complex assemblages of speeches, social networks and technologies. Experimentation arises in this general perspective and pursues the particular objective of increasing curricular knowledge and organizational learning for linking the first and second level education segments. The epistemological approach includes several theoretical frameworks that represent organizations as “social learning systems”. Here, a workshop on methodological perspective of Research-Action implement a participatory design of Italian and mathematics learning Unit. The strategies are aimed at the implementation of a space for dialogue that crosses the knowledge and experiences of the various actors involved in order to foster an improvement in the learning process and joint working practices
