The project makes available and uses communication and knowledge sharing methodologies through the use of a platform for managing an online community. Questionnaires were also prepared and, a study on the theme involving students, parents and teachers was conducted at schools in the Viterbo area. The project has provided a guide to the cyberbullying activities for teachers
Cyber-bullying is a pervasive phenomenon linked to the widespread diffusion of the use of new technologies, particularly smartphones and social networks, and is a dangerous shifting of bullying-related phenomena in general. The risk is even more evident, considering the social influence of behaviors associated with the use of new technologies.This project aims to build a virtual community, entitled ACT – Against Cyberbullying acTions, involving students, teachers and families in a process of interaction to increase knowledge and a shared awareness of behaviors and reasons of cyber-bullying. The project is in collaboration with 22 schools with funds allocated by MIUR.
