I joined the CNR in 1990 and worked in the president’s secretarial office until 1994.
From 1994 to 1999 I worked at the Transport Project 2 Directorate. In 1999 I moved to the Institute of Research on Population – IRP, which became the Institute for Research on Population and Social Policies in 2002 following the restructuring of the National Research Council (CNR) scientific network. I work on a wide range of services and tasks, including:
Directorate and General Affairs
Management of secretarial activities, external contacts and contacts with CNR headquarters, links with the secondary offices. Management of the online Institutes @ CNR area. Preparation of the documentation for the Preliminary Management Plan (PDGP), in close collaboration with the director, the project managers and the administration. Certified email management. Maintenance of the institute buildings and relations with the property owners; storage, delivery and verification of stationery and consumables; storage and distribution of meal vouchers; mail and fax services.
Collaboration with the director in the supervision of daily attendance and working hours; counting presences and absences due to illness, holidays, missions and other reasons; monthly compilation of the summary sheet of absences and overtime; on-line management of attendance and maintenance of the personnel archive and related files. Activities for the Italian Social Security Institute; mandatory employment office communication procedures; management of contracted personnel, and related practices concerning the activation and termination of employment contracts, internships and visiting fellowships.
