Marco Accorinti
Marco Accorinti is a CNR researcher at the Institute for Population and Social Policy Research in Rome. For years he has studied social policy and social planning, welfare systems, social services, third sector organization, immigration and other social problems (the elderly and the disabled).
He is head of the CNR-IRPPS “Evaluation, Training, Social Policies” research area, as well as a member of the CNR-IRPPS e-Publishing editorial committee, the Scientific Committee of the Rome and Lazio volunteer service Documentation Centre, the Ministry of the Interior Observatory on the Immigrant Reception System, the Scientific Committee for the Rome Caritas “Lệ Quyên Ngô Ðình” Scholarships, and two thematic tables of the SISTAN National Statistical Program.
He teaches “Knowledge Production and Critical Practice Application” (SPS / 07) at the Free University of Bozen, and “Sociology of Changes” (SPS / 07) at the “Roma Tre” University in Rome. He is Area Professor of “Territory, Environment and Multiculturalism” (SPS / 10) at the Uninettuno International Telematic University in Rome.
