Its research examines the <strong>interactions<\/strong> between <strong>technological<\/strong> and <strong>digital<\/strong> <strong>innovation<\/strong> and <strong>social<\/strong> <strong>systems<\/strong>, processes of <strong>social<\/strong> <strong>change<\/strong> and <strong>intersubjectivity<\/strong>, and the <strong>transformation<\/strong> of <strong>political<\/strong> and <strong>welfare<\/strong> <strong>systems<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p><p>The Institute investigates <strong>inequalities<\/strong> in their multiple intersecting dimensions, with particular attention to <strong>gender<\/strong>, <strong>territorial<\/strong> and <strong>economic<\/strong> inequalities. Within this perspective, it examines <strong>conflicts<\/strong>, <strong>social<\/strong> <strong>justice<\/strong>, <strong>education<\/strong> and <strong>science<\/strong> <strong>policies<\/strong>, as well as the <strong>processes<\/strong> through which social science research <strong>data<\/strong> are <strong>produced<\/strong>, <strong>shared<\/strong>, and <strong>preserved<\/strong>.<\/p><p>By integrating diverse theoretical, analytical, and empirical approaches, the Institute contributes to advancing knowledge on these issues from a systemic perspective.
