This project is supported with the assistance of the European Commission, DG Education and Culture, under the Lifelong Learning Programme.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The Green Hero project offers a range of new products for primary schools.<\/p>

The program proposes a holistic approach to learning about environmental issues using technology, e-learning, online games (Green reporter), and support materials for teaching activities.<\/p>

The main objectives of this project are:<\/p>

to improve primary school students’ knowledge of environmental issues through an advanced interactive e-learning program that includes new school curricula on waste, energy, and water;<\/p>

to provide a standardization of the green-learning experience;<\/p>

to promote the sharing of environmental best practices and online twinning between European schools;<\/p>

to provide innovative e-learning content to address environmental issues;<\/p>

to make environmental sciences more interesting for young people;<\/p>

to provide better teaching tools to address environmental issues;<\/p>

to encourage the improvement of Green Management and resource efficiency in schools;<\/p>

to involve external stakeholders who can provide benefits and sponsorships over time.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
