Caterina Peroni holds a PhD in Sociology of Law from the University of Milan.<\/p>

She is the coordinator of the “Feminist Criminologies” module of the Master’s in Critical Criminology at the University of Padua.<\/p>

Her main research fields are feminist criminological studies in the areas of gender-based violence, prostitution, sexual citizenship, the prison system from a gender perspective, and feminist, queer, and transfeminist movements.<\/p>

She is a researcher at IRPPS-CNR, where she conducts research on anti-violence services for LGBT people and, as part of the ViVa project, on interventions aimed at perpetrators of violence.<\/p>
