I began my collaboration with the Institute for Population Research \u2013 IRP in 2001, which in 2002 became the Institute for Research on Population and Social Policies \u2013 IRPPS following the restructuring of the CNR scientific network, under professional collaboration contracts. In 2008, after winning a public competition, I was hired on a fixed-term basis at IRPPS, where I still serve today with the following duties: <\/p>

Personnel \u2013 <\/em><\/strong>Manager
Monitoring of daily attendance and working hours; calculation of absences for illness, leave, missions, and other reasons; monthly compilation of summary tables for absences and overtime; online attendance management and maintenance of personnel archives and related files. Activities for INPS, including sick leave certificates, GEPAS, and GEDAP; procedures for mandatory employment office communications; management of contract personnel, carrying out relevant procedures concerning the activation and termination of employment relationships, internships, and visiting fellows<\/em>. <\/p>

Directorate and General Affairs<\/strong><\/em>
Collaboration with the manager in secretarial activities for the Directorate and the Institute, operational contacts with external parties and the headquarters, and liaison functions with the Secondary Branch and the Third-Party Research Unit (URT). PEC (Certified Email) management.
