Ergonomia edited by FrancoAngeli<\/p><p>&#8220;The contribution describes and analyzes an experience of theater of the oppressed organized in the university setting and uses it as a pretext to reflect on the close relationship that exists between the psycho-social well-being of social workers, their training as professionals, and the techniques of social theater. The text emphasizes the circularity between experiential knowledge and theoretical knowledge in a framework that promotes theater as a space of potentiality and awareness.
