Ivonne Citarella works at the Institute\u2019s Fisciano office and she is currently Administrative Coordinator and Manager of Administrative-Accounting Compliance (RGC).<\/p>

From 1988 to 2017 he held the role of administrative manager of the at the IRPPS\u00a0 branch office in Fisciano, a role reassigned in 2024 as Administrative Secretary of the Irpps, Rome and Fisciano, and as RGC in 2025 by the General Directorate of the CNR.<\/p>

After graduating in Sociology in 1998, and specifically since 2002, she has conducted research on the local community, focusing in particular on Law 328\/2000 and its territorial impact on the Salerno hinterland, developing a digital platform based on the analysis of the S8 framework.<\/p>

She has participated in research on social policy issues, including equal opportunities in the labor market in the Mediterranean welfare system, immigration and integration policies, and the education and healthcare system in India. She has also analyzed the labor market opened up by Web 2.0 and virtual worlds, such as Second Life and similar, delving into the aspects of skills and new \u201cvirtual professions\u201d.<\/p>

Since 2008, she has focused on communication and conflict management, leading courses for healthcare workers. She has supported major professional associations, such as ANACI, in courses on communication and conflict management. She has also taught courses on conflict management as part of the Municipality for Rome project and collaborated on the European projects Romunicare, Regard, and ACE.<\/p>

In the field of nonverbal communication, she has deepened her studies and observations on virtual platforms.<\/p>

In 2021, she has been the Scientific Director of the DigitalMente project \u201cDigitalization and Workplace Safety in the Salerno Area,\u201d a survey commissioned by the National Institute for Insurance against Accidents at Work (INAIL) as part of prevention strategies. The study focused on smart working and the response of companies in the Salerno area to the changes triggered by the pandemic, the level of access and diffusion of smart working, and its impact on the quality of work performance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
