class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A Philosophy graduate, I am currently a technologist at the CNR Institute for Research on Population and Social Policies.<\/p><p>Throughout my academic and professional career, I have explored themes related to the skill acquisition processes of young people and adults and lifelong learning, particularly during a two-year postgraduate course in Adult Education at the Faculty of Education of Roma Tre University, and subsequently in my work with educational institutions, public bodies, and research organizations.<\/p><p>In recent years, I have focused on the study of competence systems, with particular attention to creativity and innovation themes and with reference to the main European frameworks; the study of participatory models to be applied in schools for building systems oriented towards social and technological innovation, with specific reference to the experimentation of the Living Lab approach in the educational field.<\/p><p>Since July 2023, I have been part of the working group for the FOSSR project, aimed at creating an infrastructure intended to become the Italian Open Science Cloud, in line with the European Open Science Cloud project.
