I have been a researcher at the National Research Council since 1987, affiliated with the Institute for Research on Population and Social Policies since 2001, and previously with the Institute for Applied Computing.
A graduate in Mathematics from La Sapienza University of Rome, I earned a Master of Science and a PhD in Statistics (1994), both from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, University of London.
My work primarily focuses on statistical methods applied to the field of health.<\/p>
