Within the framework of the Project, studies and research are conducted on advanced training in relation to the demand for new skills and knowledge in the labor market and the mobility and migration of human resources.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

In particular, the analysis of the relationship between training, research, and innovation is carried out with a specific emphasis on intangible capital, human resources, and high-level education. In conducting this research activity, strong national and international collaborations are utilized, particularly through participation in policy and research networks (OECD, EU, UNESCO), collaborations with Italian and foreign institutions and universities, as well as funding from national and international sources. <\/p>

The studies conducted focus on training, careers, highly qualified migration, brain drain, waste, and circulation. Data is collected and analyzed on the international mobility of highly qualified individuals, university students, and the flows of researchers within or outside Europe, with particular reference to the identification of best practices. <\/p>

Specifically, studies are conducted on the diaspora and the increase of qualitatively different perspectives in the study of human migration within new contexts of globalization and multiculturalism, with particular attention to the historical reconstruction of the Greek diaspora in Italy and a qualitative investigation into the second Hellenic generation in Italy.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
