A graduate in Sociology from the University of Catania, he earned a Master’s degree in GIScience and Remote Sensing for Integrated Management of Territory and Natural Resources from the University of Padua.
He was a research fellow at the Department of Economics and Business of the University of Catania, where he worked on classification models for Italian inner areas.
He is currently a PhD student in Models for Economics and Finance (specializing in Economic Geography and Territorial Statistics) at the MEMOTEF Department of Sapienza University of Rome.
At IRPPS, he collaborates with the documentation working group for the creation of the Data Archive for Social Science in Italy (DASSI) (https://www.dassi-archive.it), the Italian node of the CESSDA-ERIC infrastructure.
