Noemi Biancone is a Technologist at IRPPS on a fixed-term contract. She holds a Degree in Computer Engineering from Roma Tre University.

Program Committees
She was a member of the organizing committee for 3 MML workshops for the MARINA project, of the program committee for the International Conference on Responsible Research and Innovation in Science, Innovation and Society (RRI-SIS2017), and of the program committee for RRI-ICT2018 – Responsible Research and Innovation: the challenges of the Information and Communication Technologies, within the Multi-conference on Responsible Research and Innovation in Science, Innovation and Society (M-RRI-SIS2018). Member of the organizing committee for the MML workshop “Bioeconomy in Italy: incentives, laws, regulations” within the BioVoices project held at Largo Ascianghi, 5 00153 Rome, on 17.10.2019
