The project activity relates to staff training and is aimed at the professional growth of researchers, technologists, technicians, and administrative staff working at IRPPS, with reference to both scientific skills and technical and administrative-managerial ones. The methodology used for the analysis of training needs involves the participation of staff who, by filling out ad-hoc forms or through direct requests to the management or training coordinators, indicate the skills they believe need to be strengthened.
