Studies on the sharing economy, established e-communities, and the opportunities and needs of different territories are conducted with the direct involvement of local actors in meetings, as well as through online data collection. The gathered data will be organized into an online system, providing optimal visualization according to emerging needs.
Abstract:
The open DOORS project is funded by the MED programme; this project builds on the legacy of 5 capitalization projects which have produced several communities and networks dealing with creativity and innovation as drivers for smart and sustainable growth. The project aims to create a transnational network focused on the sharing economy.
In this project, a selected number of scientific and institutional partners contribute their expertise by formalizing and generalizing it into a study. This study will define the approach to reinforce and develop networks according to territorial needs, offering territories the opportunity to project themselves at a transnational level while collecting and utilizing information in intelligent geographic databases.
