Information

Caterina Peroni holds a PhD in Sociology of Law from the University of Milan.


She is the coordinator of the “Feminist Criminologies” module of the Master’s in Critical Criminology at the University of Padua.


Her main research fields are feminist criminological studies in the areas of gender-based violence, prostitution, sexual citizenship, the prison system from a gender perspective, and feminist, queer, and transfeminist movements.


She is a research fellow at IRPPS-CNR, where she conducts research on anti-violence services for LGBT people and, as part of the ViVa project, on interventions aimed at perpetrators of violence.
