The Green Hero project offers a range of new products for primary schools.

The program proposes a holistic approach to learning about environmental issues using technology, e-learning, online games (Green reporter), and support materials for teaching activities.

The main objectives of this project are:

to improve primary school students’ knowledge of environmental issues through an advanced interactive e-learning program that includes new school curricula on waste, energy, and water;

to provide a standardization of the green-learning experience;

to promote the sharing of environmental best practices and online twinning between European schools;

to provide innovative e-learning content to address environmental issues;

to make environmental sciences more interesting for young people;

to provide better teaching tools to address environmental issues;

to encourage the improvement of Green Management and resource efficiency in schools;

to involve external stakeholders who can provide benefits and sponsorships over time.
