I began my collaboration with the Institute for Research on Population - IRP in 2001, which in 2002 became the Institute for Research on Population and Social Policies - IRPPS following the restructuring of the scientific network of the CNR, with professional collaboration contracts. In 2008, following winning a public competition, I was hired on a fixed-term basis at the IRPPS where I still work today with the following tasks:

Staff - Responsible
Detection of daily attendance and working hours; counting of absences due to illness, holidays, missions and other reasons; monthly compilation of the summary report of absences and overtime; online management of attendance and keeping of the personnel archive and related folders. Activities for INPS, for sickness certificates, gepas, gedap; procedures for mandatory employment office communications; management of contract personnel, carrying out the related practices concerning the activation and termination of employment relationships, internships, and visiting fellows.

Management and general affairs
Collaboration with the manager in secretarial activities for the Management and for the Institute, operational contacts with the outside world and with the central office, liaison functions with the Secondary Office and the Research Unit at Third Parties (URT). PEC management. Preservation, delivery and availability check of stationery and consumables; mail and fax service.
