The Educating City IRPPS – CTN01_00034_393801
Abstract:
The task of IRPPS in the Educating City project is evaluation. The evaluation model developed and currently being implemented refers to two dimensions of analysis: the first refers to the quanti-qualitative monitoring and counterfactual evaluation of the testing phase of the training tools and teaching methodologies developed within the project in lower and upper secondary schools in Piedmont and primary schools in Emilia Romagna. Through this analysis, the ability of the implemented interventions to achieve the project’s objectives is measured, as well as the added value in terms of learning of some of the tools created for the testing. The second dimension refers to the evaluative analysis of the quality of the products created by the project as a whole. This is realized through the determination of the value of a complex indicator called, based on the literature used, the house of quality, which allows for the measurement of the quality of the results achieved based on the expectations of their potential customers.
The training activity planned by the Educating City Project was temporarily interrupted following a request from the CNR to MIUR to waive the training. This request was sent on June 13, 2016, and is currently awaiting a response from the Ministry.”
