A CNR employee since 1990, now retired, I served in the President’s Office until 1994.

From 1994 to 1999 I carried out my work at the Directorate of Transport Project 2. In 1999 I transferred to the Institute for Research on Population – IRP, which became the Institute for Research on Population and Social Policies in 2002 following the restructuring of the CNR scientific network, where I currently serve with the following duties:

Management and general affairs

Officer in charge

Coordination of secretarial activities for the Directorate and for the Institute, operational contacts with external parties and with the central office, liaison functions with the Secondary Office and the Research Unit at Third Parties (URT). Management of Istituti@CNR and in particular of the “Institute Management” area. Preparation of the documentation required for the Preliminary Management Plan (PDGP) procedure, in close collaboration with the Directorate, Project managers and the Administrative Office. Management of certified email (PEC). Institute maintenance and relations with the property owner; storage, distribution and verification of availability of stationery and consumables; storage and distribution of meal vouchers; mail and fax service.

Personnel

Collaboration with the officer in charge in recording daily attendance and working hours; calculation of absences due to illness, leave, business trips and other reasons; monthly compilation of the summary report of absences and overtime; online management of attendance and maintenance of personnel records and related files. Activities for INPS, for medical certificates, GEPAS, GEDAP; procedures for mandatory communications to the employment office; management of contract staff, carrying out the related procedures concerning the activation and termination of employment relationships, internships, associations and visiting fellows.
