Employee of the CNR since 1990, I served in the President's Secretariat until 1994.

From 1994 to 1999 I worked at the Transport Project Management 2. In 1999 I moved to the Institute for Research on Population - IRP, which in 2002 became the Institute for Research on Population and Social Policies following the restructuring of the scientific network of the CNR, where I still serve today with the following tasks:

Management and general affairs

Responsible

Coordination of secretarial activities for the Management and for the Institute, operational contacts with the outside world and with the central office, liaison functions with the Secondary Office and the Research Unit at Third Parties (URT). Management of @ CNR Institutes and in particular of the "Institutes Management" area. Preparation of the documentation necessary for the procedure of the Preliminary Management Plan (PDGP), in close collaboration with the Management, the Project Managers and the Administrative Secretariat. PEC management. Maintenance of the Institute and relations with the property owners; storage, delivery and availability check of stationery and consumables; storage and distribution of meal vouchers; mail and fax service.

Staff

Collaboration with the manager in detecting daily attendance and working hours; counting of absences due to illness, holidays, missions and other reasons; monthly compilation of the summary report of absences and overtime; online management of attendance and keeping of the personnel archive and related folders. Activities for INPS, for sickness certificates, gepas, gedap; procedures for mandatory employment office communications; management of contract personnel, carrying out the related practices concerning the activation and termination of employment relationships, internships, associations and visiting fellows.
