With a statistical-demographic background, she has been at the IRPPS since 1991 where she has coordinated the ViVa project since 2017, in collaboration with the Department for Equal Opportunities of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. Previously she coordinated the WAKE UP project, on the impact of the regulatory measures and institutional practices introduced in recent years, for the purpose of rebalancing gender in elected and government offices and the DEA project - Women and audiovisual on gender inequalities in the set- audiovisual tower. Since the 90s, she has dealt with demographic issues in a gender approach, focusing her interest mainly on the issue of violence against women, both from the point of view of research and through expertise and support for the formulation and implementation of specific policies, and finally through dissemination and awareness activities.
