IRPPS Researcher. She conducts research activities in both the Innovation and Social Policies area and the Health and Society area. Her research has focused on welfare systems, with particular attention to the organization of social care services for the elderly and active aging.

Since January 2020, she has been the scientific coordinator of the Agreement for the Establishment of an International Network of Narrative Hospitals (Narrative Hospitals Network – NHN) signed on July 5, 2019, between ASL BI Biella, Centre Hospitalier Intercomunal de Creteil, Université Paris-Est Creteil, and the University of Milano Bicocca.
