IRPPS researcher. She carries out research activities relating both to the Innovation and Social Policies area, and to the Health and Society area. Her research focused on welfare systems, with particular attention to the organization of social assistance services for the elderly and active aging.

Since January 2020, she has been the scientific referent of the Convention for the Constitution of an international network of narrative hospitals (Narrative Hospitals Network - NHN) stipulated on 5 July 2019 between the ASL BI Biella, the Center Hospitalier Intercomunal de Creteil, the Université Paris- Est Creteil and the University of Milan Bicocca.
